The Director will provide strategic leadership and operational management to ensure Molly’s Gift Charity continues to grow, thrive, and deliver meaningful impact. Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, the Director will oversee all aspects of the charity’s operations — from strategy, finance, and fundraising to team development and stakeholder engagement.
